Trading on prediction markets involves substantial risk:
- You may lose all funds deposited into markets
- Market outcomes can be unpredictable and volatile
- Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
- Oracle data sources may fail or provide incorrect information
- Liquidity may be insufficient for large positions
Regulatory Considerations
Prediction markets may be subject to gambling, securities, or derivatives regulations in various jurisdictions. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the platform complies with applicable laws. SolPredict does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
Privacy Policy
SolPredict is a non-custodial platform. We do not collect personal information beyond what is publicly available on the Solana blockchain. All transactions are pseudonymous and recorded on-chain. Your wallet address and trading history are publicly visible.
Smart Contract Audits
Our smart contracts have been audited by third-party security firms. Audit reports are available on our GitHub repository. However, audits do not guarantee the absence of vulnerabilities. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
SolPredict and its contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, incorrect market resolutions, smart contract failures, or regulatory actions. The platform is experimental and should be used accordingly.
